Ge2 recommends Aguterm Plus, a solution by GR Technologies, one of the companies in the group that creates energy efficiency in point heating systems. Aguterm Plus uses electrical resistors as the energy provision system to avoid the formation of ice or snow in railway point changes.

Ge2, together with its Aguterm Plus solution, is able to automatically manage energy control in such a way that the heating system switches on or off according to the temperature of the rail or the risk of ice forming.

As a result energy consumption is reduced to the minimum required in order to ensure the flawless operation of the point change.
